Childcare is guaranteed or organised during the course of the project.<\/p><p><strong>Programme objectives<\/strong><br \/>The aim is to identify potential for the primary labour market and to plan, carry out and evaluate a four-week work placement. The next steps are defined and implemented, e.g. internships or job searches.<\/p><p><strong>Programme schedule<\/strong><br \/>Total duration: 6 months<br \/>Three-phase model, consisting of a mix of group meetings + pure coaching + work assignment.
