OPeN stands for orientation - perspectives - daring to try something new.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/section><\/div><\/div><section class=\"bde-section-5106-101 bde-section bde-preset-a757da71-4efb-4b7c-ac36-4af124f53d48\">\n  \n  \n\t\n\n\n\n<div class=\"section-container\"><div class=\"bde-rich-text-5106-102 bde-rich-text bde-preset-122c1e24-e6c5-4b29-8189-6b61ad767a10 breakdance-rich-text-styles\">\n<h2>Where does the \"problem\" actually lie?<\/h2><p>OPeN is designed for jobseekers who have no recognisable handicaps - and are nevertheless unsuccessful.<\/p><p>Contiva works with the course participants in the group to analyse their personal and professional situation as well as their application strategy and behaviour in the job interview. They have complete application documents.<\/p><p><strong>Target price<\/strong><br \/>The aim of OPeN is to open up new prospects for jobseekers and define measures to optimise their job search. In the subsequent follow-up support (individual counselling), they can receive additional support with implementation if required.<\/p><p><strong>Contents<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Analyse the current situation (resources and obstacles)<\/li><li>Develop perspectives (dream job, bread-and-butter job, worst case, realisable)<\/li><li>Define next steps (What can I do\/change?
