bde-heading\">\nCapacidad de aplicaci\u00f3n escrita\n<\/h3><div class=\"bde-rich-text-4436-104 bde-rich-text breakdance-rich-text-styles\">\n<p><strong>Participantes<\/strong><br \/>Solicitantes de empleo cuyo expediente de solicitud y\/o CV no est\u00e9 completo y\/o no cumpla los requisitos espec\u00edficos del sector del mercado laboral.<\/p><p><strong>Requisitos previos<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Nivel A: Los participantes comprenden los puntos principales de un anuncio de empleo, pueden expresarse de forma sencilla y coherente por escrito y oralmente y tienen conocimientos de inform\u00e1tica.<\/li><li>Nivel B: Los participantes han completado un aprendizaje en una EFZ o a nivel terciario y tienen muy buenos conocimientos de lengua escrita.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Objetivos del curso<\/strong><br \/>Los participantes<\/p><ul><li>env\u00ede su candidatura con un CV adaptado al puesto deseado y una foto adecuada<\/li><li>disponer de un perfil de cualificaci\u00f3n si es necesario e integrarlo en el CV cuando proceda<\/li><li>conocen sus recursos a la hora de buscar trabajo y pueden nombrarlos<\/li><li>conocer las mejores estrategias individuales de b\u00fasqueda de empleo y aplicarlas<\/li><li>redactar y dise\u00f1ar cartas de motivaci\u00f3n atractivas para los respectivos puestos<\/li><li>saber c\u00f3mo hacer un seguimiento telef\u00f3nico tras una solicitud activa<\/li><li>k\u00f6nnen digitale Tools und KI-Anwendungen reflektiert nutzen, um Bewerbungsunterlagen zu<br \/>optimieren \u2013 unter Einhaltung der
