Se garantiza u organiza el cuidado de ni\u00f1os durante el transcurso del proyecto.<\/p><p><strong>Objetivos del programa<\/strong><br \/>El objetivo es identificar el potencial del mercado laboral primario y planificar, realizar y evaluar un periodo de pr\u00e1cticas de cuatro semanas. Se definen y ejecutan los siguientes pasos, por ejemplo, pr\u00e1cticas o b\u00fasqueda de empleo.<\/p><p><strong>Programa<\/strong><br \/>Duraci\u00f3n total: 6 meses<br \/>Modelo en tres fases, consistente en una mezcla de reuniones de grupo + coaching puro + asignaci\u00f3n de trabajo.
