OPeN significa orientaci\u00f3n - perspectivas - atreverse a probar algo nuevo.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/section><\/div><\/div><section class=\"bde-section-5106-101 bde-section bde-preset-a757da71-4efb-4b7c-ac36-4af124f53d48\">\n  \n  \n\t\n\n\n\n<div class=\"section-container\"><div class=\"bde-rich-text-5106-102 bde-rich-text bde-preset-122c1e24-e6c5-4b29-8189-6b61ad767a10 breakdance-rich-text-styles\">\n<h2>\u00bfD\u00f3nde radica realmente el \"problema\"?<\/h2><p>La OPeN est\u00e1 pensada para solicitantes de empleo que no tienen discapacidades reconocibles y, sin embargo, no tienen \u00e9xito.<\/p><p>Contiva trabaja en grupo con los participantes en el curso para analizar su situaci\u00f3n personal y profesional, as\u00ed como su estrategia de candidatura y su comportamiento en la entrevista de trabajo. Disponen de documentos de solicitud completos.<\/p><p><strong>Precio objetivo<\/strong><br \/>El objetivo de la OPeN es abrir nuevas perspectivas a los demandantes de empleo y definir medidas para optimizar su b\u00fasqueda de empleo. En el apoyo de seguimiento posterior (asesoramiento individual), pueden recibir apoyo adicional para la puesta en pr\u00e1ctica si es necesario.<\/p><p><strong>Contenido<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Analizar la situaci\u00f3n actual (recursos y obst\u00e1culos)<\/li><li>Desarrollar las perspectivas (trabajo deseado, trabajos cotidianos, en el peor de los casos, realizables)<\/li><li>Definir los pr\u00f3ximos pasos (\u00bfQu\u00e9 puedo hacer\/cambiar?
