El coaching puro comienza con la clarificaci\u00f3n individual de los objetivos junto con el cliente. Puede ser que el dossier de solicitud necesite un dise\u00f1o m\u00e1s personal y actual, que haya que desarrollar una evaluaci\u00f3n de la posici\u00f3n profesional y una estrategia para empezar a trabajar, que se busquen unas pr\u00e1cticas en el 1er mercado laboral y mucho m\u00e1s. Adoptamos una visi\u00f3n hol\u00edstica de la situaci\u00f3n para encontrar soluciones sostenibles. La atenci\u00f3n se centra en conseguir un empleo. Quieren trabajar con regularidad en sus solicitudes y recibir ayuda, por ejemplo, con las formulaciones, las solicitudes electr\u00f3nicas, etc.<\/p><p><strong>Requisitos previos<\/strong><br \/>Los participantes tienen conocimientos de inform\u00e1tica. Pueden leer y escribir en alem\u00e1n al menos hasta el nivel B1.<\/p><p><strong>Objetivos del programa<\/strong><br \/>Se actualiza el expediente de solicitud, especialmente en el caso de las solicitudes electr\u00f3nicas. Los beneficiarios de la asistencia social aprenden las normas y t\u00e9cnicas m\u00e1s recientes. Est\u00e1n dispuestos a trabajar durante el horario de apertura de la tienda, incluidos los s\u00e1bados. Debe garantizarse el cuidado de los ni\u00f1os.<\/p><p><strong>Objetivos del curso<\/strong><br \/>Los participantes reciben una preparaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica y pr\u00e1ctica para un puesto de empleado de ventas y\/o cajero en el sector alimentario o no alimentario. Durante las pr\u00e1cticas, aprenden conocimientos sobre productos espec\u00edficos del sector, adquieren experiencia laboral y tienen referencias para un empleo en ventas.<\/p><p><strong>Horario del curso<\/strong><br \/>Aclaraci\u00f3n y entrevista de admisi\u00f3n.<br \/>1 semana te\u00f3rica, de lunes a viernes de 9-12.00 y de 13-16.30.<br \/>Seguidas de unas pr\u00e1cticas de 12 semanas en un comercio minorista en funci\u00f3n del inter\u00e9s y las aptitudes.
