breakdance-rich-text-styles\">\n<p><strong>Participants<\/strong><br \/>les demandeurs d'emploi dont le dossier de candidature et\/ou le CV n'est pas complet et\/ou ne correspond pas aux exigences sp\u00e9cifiques du march\u00e9 du travail dans la branche concern\u00e9e.<\/p><p><strong>Conditions pr\u00e9alables<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Niveau A : Les participants comprennent les messages importants d'une annonce d'emploi, peuvent s'exprimer de mani\u00e8re simple et coh\u00e9rente \u00e0 l'\u00e9crit et \u00e0 l'oral et disposent de connaissances en informatique.<\/li><li>Niveau B : les participants ont suivi une formation avec CFC ou de niveau tertiaire et disposent de tr\u00e8s bonnes connaissances linguistiques \u00e9crites.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Objectifs de cours<\/strong><br \/>Les participants<\/p><ul><li>postuler avec un CV adapt\u00e9 au poste souhait\u00e9 et une photo correspondante<\/li><li>disposent au besoin d'un profil de qualification et l'int\u00e8grent dans leur CV lorsque cela est pertinent<\/li><li>connaissent leurs ressources dans la recherche d'emploi et peuvent les nommer<\/li><li>connaissent et appliquent les meilleures strat\u00e9gies individuelles de recherche d'emploi<\/li><li>r\u00e9digent et mettent en forme des lettres de motivation attrayantes, en rapport avec les postes concern\u00e9s<\/li><li>savent comment faire un suivi t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique apr\u00e8s une candidature active<\/li><li>k\u00f6nnen digitale Tools und KI-Anwendungen reflektiert nutzen, um Bewerbungsunterlagen zu<br \/>optimieren \u2013
