L'assistenza ai bambini \u00e8 garantita o organizzata nel corso del progetto.<\/p><p><strong>Obiettivi del programma<\/strong><br \/>L'obiettivo \u00e8 identificare il potenziale per il mercato del lavoro primario e pianificare, realizzare e valutare un tirocinio di quattro settimane. Vengono definiti e attuati i passi successivi, ad esempio stage o ricerca di lavoro.<\/p><p><strong>Programma<\/strong><br \/>Durata totale: 6 mesi<br \/>Modello in tre fasi, che consiste in un mix di incontri di gruppo + coaching puro + incarico di lavoro.
