Through our modular courses and coaching sessions, we support people referred to us by the RAV, social assistance and IV. From assessing their current situation, through preparing application documents and preparing for interviews, right through to the job search itself, we provide sound advice on applying for jobs, offer guidance and support them in putting this into practice.

In doing so, we work closely with the referring organisations and tailor our approach to each individual’s specific circumstances and the particular remit. Our many years of experience in vocational integration and job application coaching form the basis for this.

The focus is on the individual, with their strengths, potential and career aspirations. Together, we develop realistic prospects and practical next steps that are tailored to their personal circumstances and the opportunities available on the labour market.
