Participants

Jobseekers who

• want to apply using image-based media, especially with an application video as an authentic supplement to traditional documents.
• are open to alternative and creative forms of application.
• want content and/or technical support for their personal presentation.

Prerequisites

Participants have a classic application dossier (CV, letter of motivation) and a clear application strategy.

You have good PC and smartphone skills, work independently, are highly motivated and willing to actively work on your personal presentation.

Course objectives

The jobseekers develop a 1-2 minute application video in which they present themselves confidently and authentically.

They increase their media skills, their self-efficacy and adapt their application strategy to modern application trends.

Course duration

The module lasts 4 weeks and takes place once a week (Wednesday morning or afternoon).

Hint

The application video is the concrete product of the module.

The jobseekers themselves decide how to use them (e.g. as a QR code in the CV, as an attachment or as training for time-shifted online interviews).
