We support job seekers quickly and personally: Together with their JOBWAY counsellor, job seekers put together a package of course modules and individual counselling to help them apply successfully.
Jobseekers optimise their application documents and know which jobs they would like to apply for. Participants utilise all opportunities to find a job again quickly.
Our JOBWAY consultants provide jobseekers with ongoing support during the application process.
In the first interview, we work with the jobseeker to analyse their professional career and plan the steps that will lead to the next position. Together with the jobseeker, we determine which course modules jobseekers need for their application process.
If necessary, we provide clients with more comprehensive support in the form of personal career counselling or coaching.

For over 25 years, we have accompanied, supported and placed people in their job search and integration into the labour market. We are now expanding our services to include private clients, changing our clothing and, from mid-June, giving ourselves a name that emphasises our core expertise.
