We provide swift and personalised support for job seekers. During the initial consultation, we work together to analyse your career history and plan the steps that will lead to your next job. Job seekers work with their JOBWAY adviser (case manager) to put together a package of course modules and one-to-one counselling sessions to help them apply successfully. The case manager is on hand to provide guidance throughout the entire process.
Participants refine their application documents and know which jobs they wish to apply for. They make the most of every opportunity to find a job again as quickly as possible.
Stellensuchende, die Bedarf an zusätzlicher individueller Betreuung haben im Hinblick auf eine selbstständige Stellensuche, können in ein Coaching überwiesen werden. Besteht Unterstützungsbedarf in Richtung einer beruflichen Neuorientierung, so können maximal zwei Stunden Laufbahnberatung in Anspruch genommen werden.
