With psychology and business administration in my backpack, I was able to enter the recruitment of specialists and managers after my studies. The close collaboration with our diagnostics team led to the desire to move into this field. Further training in graphology, coaching and recently in life design coaching have been added. Assessments, potential analyses, career counselling and coaching have been my professional mainstays for many years. Over the past four years, I have also supported adults in their professional reorientation at the Career Centre of the Canton of Basellandschaft in the ‚viamia‘ programme and in various AMMs in their job search. It is important to me to open up perspectives, think broadly and gain valuable experience by trying things out. Small steps can make a big difference. Empathy, appreciative support, a focus on strengths and proactively shaping new career paths are the pillars of my approach.
