My varied professional experience includes work in the private sector as well as in the social and education sectors. This includes various management and project management roles as well as my work as a career counsellor, BEFAS clarifier, case manager, (job) coach and course instructor for job seekers and IV participants.
Today, I work full-time as a self-employed labour market integrator and put my heart and soul into helping people in situations of upheaval and change. I also advise and support SMEs and take on assignments as an interim manager.
