Coaching

Participants
Jobseekers who require additional individual support with a view to finding a job independently.

Prerequisites
Coaching is indicated (e.g. for personal, health or financial problems, reading, writing and learning difficulties, dismissal trauma or poor job references) and coaching is approved by the RAV personnel counselling service.

Aims of the coaching
The coaching team

• identifies where and how exactly the particular issue is hindering the application process
• develops solutions with the person concerned as to how they can still apply successfully
• recommends and arranges further support services if required and interested

Duration
Es werden individuelle Coaching-Termine vereinbart. Maximal stehen 8 Stunden zur Verfügung (inkl. Administration).
